The Seattle Kraken have placed Nikolas Brouillard and Luke Henman on waivers for the purpose of being assigned to the Coachella Valley Firebirds.

Henman has spent the previous two seasons with the Firebirds, playing in 112 games. In that time, he scored 14 goals and 29 points. The 6'0 centerman is still just 24 years old and was a former fourth-round pick of the Carolina Hurricanes in 2018. Henman was also the first-ever player signing the Seattle Kraken made.

Brouillard is a 29-year-old left-handed defenseman listed at 5'10, 150 lbs. He spent the past four seasons with the San Diego Gulls and the Hartford Wolfpack of the AHL. The defender has put up high-scoring numbers for defensemen and will try to do so with the Firebirds this season.
