    Ingredients:

    2 pounds ground beef

    • 2 cups diced yellow onion
    • 1 cup chopped celery
    • 1 can (10 oz) condensed tomato soup
    • 1 small can (6 oz) tomato paste
    • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce or ketchup
    • 1 can (14.5 oz) green beans, drained
    • 1 can (14.5 oz) butter beans, drained
    • 1 can (14.5 oz) wax beans, drained
    • 1 can (15 oz) chili beans
    • 1 can (16 oz) baked beans or pork and beans
    • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
    • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard

    Directions:

    1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain the excess fat.
    2. Add diced onion and chopped celery to the skillet, cooking until they become tender, about 5-7 minutes.
    3. Stir in the tomato soup, tomato paste, and BBQ sauce. Let the mixture simmer for about 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
    4. Transfer the beef mixture to a large pot or baking dish, then gently fold in all the beans, brown sugar, and mustard. Stir well to combine.
    5. Preheat your oven to 350°F and bake the bean mixture for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until bubbling and heated through.

    Substitutions:

Ground turkey or chicken can replace ground beef for a leaner option.

    • Use honey instead of brown sugar for a lighter sweetness.
    • Try BBQ sauce instead of ketchup for a smoky flavor twist.
    • Substitute any of the beans with your favorite variety, like kidney beans or pinto beans.

    Storage:

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days. You can also freeze individual portions for up to 3 months. To reheat, simply thaw overnight in the fridge and warm in the microwave or oven until heated through.

This dish is perfect for preparing ahead of time—just reheat it when you're ready to serve!
