WHEN A RECRUITING UNIT DOES NOT MEET ALL THEIR GOALS ASSIGNED FOR A FEW MONTHS THE NAVY GETS RID OF THE INDIVIDUAL IN CHARGE. THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE IN D.C. FEEL THAT THE PERSON WAS NOT HARD ENOUGH ON THE RECRUITERS. RECRUITING SERVICE CAN HURT THE CAREER OF CAREER PEOPLE. I'VE BEEN THERE. SEEN PLENTY OF LOWER RANKED SENIOR PETTY OFFICERS GET THE SHAFT. NOT ALL PEOPLE ARE SUITED FOR RECRUITING.

Damn! I didn't know there were so many people in this comment with the psychic ability too read "probability." Go figure! lol. But anyway, let me break it down in layman's terms, "meaning some of you are speculating the real reason she was fired from that position. Tbt, if this woman has done 30 years in the military, but was still able too go to a lesser position there is nothing wrong with that, (now I will speculate) she is probably transitioning out and getting ready to retire, and getting all her ducks in a row.
