Gorgeous place but it will not attract the high end element it is targeting at this address. Unfortunately the location is one that’s become severely and consistently crime ridden. Anyone with money looking to stay out of D.C. is going to One Loudoun or Reston, not Dulles/Sterling. Terribly unsafe area.
