Read more here.“About two weeks after we started planning our new drive-thru location, the manager of Jeaux on the Geaux reached out to me to see if I would be interested in taking over the operation of the diner,” explained Nikki Ingram, founder and owner of Runneth Over. “At first I was extremely nervous about it with the opening of our other permanent location, but in the end, it was the right time and we’re all very excited.”Jeaux on the Geaux is located at 113 Linda Ann Ave in Gray, and currently offers a variety of pastries, diner food, coffee, and more. As “Runneth Over Cafe,” the location will now serve the delicious coffee found in Runneth Over’s popular coffee trucks, alongside the original pastries and famous beignets.
