From pep rallies to bulletin board displays, our students and staff are engaging in activities and lessons that highlight the importance of the Hispanic culture in their classrooms and school buildings. Every year, we join together in a celebration of our shared backgrounds and diversity. This year, we each carried a flag representing a different municipality in Puerto Rico. I’ll be speaking about the engagement process and more ways to get involved in the planning.
