Staff are answering 911 calls for service and relaying that information to the appropriate County 911 call center. </p><p>Meanwhile, Carteret-Craven Electric Co-op crews will be assisting Rutherford EMC to restore power in that area. According to officials, Rutherford EMC serves over 67,000 members and maintains approximately 7,000 miles of line in its ten-county service area in Western North Carolina. Currently, 57,000 REMC members are without power. Answering the mutual aid call from CCEC are Line Supervisor Steve Smith, Staff Engineer Rex LaRowe, and Linemen Earl Jones, Dowle Smith, Justin Williford, Greyson Millis, T.J. Ross, Hayden Crump, Cameron England, Kody Culpepper, and Gary Mann.</p></div></body>
