Most people committing these bank robberies nowadays aren’t true criminals, but desperate opportunists. This is the worst economic strain I’ve ever seen in my adult lifetime. People are desperate. And no it’s not always about junkies looking for a fix. It’s people that would never dream of committing a crime, behind on bills even sticking to a strict budget and there’s still not enough money to get through to the next paycheck. I said it when the PPP flood came, the U.S citizens will be paying this debt, whether the took the loan or not. We are now all on the hook for it.
