The Washington Huskies football team is set to play their first away game of the season this evening, facing off against Rutgers at 8:00 p.m. ET, which will be broadcast on FOX.

The Huskies have not allowed a touchdown in three of four games this season.

Washington eight-game road win streak is tied for the fourth-longest current road streak in the nation.

Head Coach Jedd Fisch met with the media to preview the Friday night showdown.

“It’s awesome to go back home, for me, and see my family so that’s exciting and also excited for our team to go and experience what I think will be a fantastic environment on Friday night. I know that they're having a blackout. I know they are extremely excited about being 3-0 and playing at a very high level of football…you can feel that Rutgers believes this is the best team they have had in a long time. And Coach Schiano does a fantastic job at making sure his team is ready to go.”
