Ryan A. Swank, 35, Sentenced to 16 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections this month. On September 17, 2024, the Honorable Raymond A Cavanaugh sentenced Swank to 12 years at “50%” in the Illinois Department of Corrections for Unlawful Possession of a Weapon of a Felon for an incident that triggered the lockdown of Citizens Bank in Roseville. Swank filed a Motion to Withdraw his earlier guilty plea on the grounds that he was not correctly advised of the possible sentence.
