You can't teach that sort of thing here in Waterbury. Way too late for that, officials allowed too much to get out of control. People are rude here, spiteful and its not going to change. There are more people here that don't see anything other than the repetative bad, reckless behavior that has always plagued our city. Reality is our streets, neighborhoods, communities, schools, parks are compromised by the very same problematic issues and to think or expect anything to be done or changed, doesn't even come close to a reality. Whose been negligent, irresponsible, indifferent, incompetent, incapable? This city was in her time, but never again will be. I saw her at her very best. Now,What a huge disappointment!!
