There's been issues with their employees not doing their jobs when they're supposed to for years. I used the program for years before my son started kindergarten this year and ended up having to cover the full cost of the daycare fees for weeks and they refused to retroactive the payments even though it was their fault. I had to resend documents so many times because the worker kept claiming that she couldn't open any of the files.

Maine wasn't so expensive to live for the average individuals this wouldn't be an issue .Wouldn't rely on the State DHHS program . You will lose your shirt by the time they get off their ass . Unless you're one of Janet Mills family of immigrants then fast application processing
