Most of that doesn't describe South Park Mall. The parking lot is always overcrowded, especially the handicapped spaces (everyone and his brother has the hanging blue card passed from one family member to another, extremely few handicapped license plates) and the area has had road rage stabbings and shootings and it's just not worth the risk anymore.
