The borough plans on installing the cameras near places like the White Street Parking Lot and the Red Bank Library. They say the library reached out to them for more surveillance. Residents say while they feel the area is safe, it's still a good preventative measure. The cameras won't be monitored 24/7 but the council says it will help with investigations.
