ya well my neighbors dog is left out in all weather conditions but because he has a small dog house its all ok..i dont believe they feed or give him water everyday either...i make sure i feed and give him water when i can since all resourcea ive reached out to say the dog is fine

Rather your a Democrat or a Republican this is unacceptable, these are people who do not deserve to own a pet, they do not deserve to be walking the streets. When you can sit back and watch an animal suffer you should be locked away from society, your a dangerous person.
