The East Tennessee State match was originally set for Friday evening but was rescheduled due to Hurricane Helene.Fans can follow the action on www.furmanpaladins.com via live stats. Both matches are being streamed via paid subscription on ESPN+. Updates will also be posted on the Furman volleyball Twitter page (@FurmanVB).The Paladins (6-5, 0-0 SoCon) closed out non-conference play last weekend with a three-set sweep of Kennesaw State before falling in three sets to Clemson. Furman started the weekend with a 3-0 win against the Owls in Clemson, S.C., before being swept by Clemson at Alley Gymnasium.In the win over Kennesaw State, the Paladins had six players who recorded six or more kills led by Mary Beth Headley's team high 10 on .304 hitting. Lindsay Walch contributed eight kills while Izzy Castelloe added seven. Ava Augustson, Chandler Parker, and Genevieve Perry all finished with six kills. Eva Wheeler led the team with 16 assists and Emily Navarro totaled 15 assists and seven digs. Kennedy Seekford had a match high 16 digs. Furman finished with a season best .361 hitting percentage.Augustson would lead the Paladins with eight kills and eight digs in the loss to Clemson while Headley provided seven kills and a team best 13 digs. Navarro dished out 13 assists.East Tennessee State currently sits at 8-4 overall while UNC Greensboro is 5-7 for the year. Furman holds a 41-18 advantage in the all-time series over the Spartans but trail 36-34 to the Buccaneers.The Paladins are back at Alley Gymnasium next weekend, October 4-5, to host Chattanooga and Western Carolina in a pair of SoCon matches.</div></body>
