The Miami Hurricanes walked off of the field on Friday night with a win over the Virginia Tech Hokies, but there are a lot of questions about whether or not they won the game.

Trailing 38-34 with just seconds left on the clock, Virginia Tech threw a Hail Mary to try and win the game. It was hard to tell which team came up with the ball, and Miami players initially celebrated as if they won the game. However, the refs then called it a touchdown for the Hokies, giving them the victory.

Upon a lengthy review where there were limited quality video angles, the refs decided to overturn the call, giving Miami the win.

College football fans were irate about this on social media, claiming that there was not enough video evidence to overturn the call on the field.

Here's a look at some of the fan reactions on social media.

Mario Cristobal and the Hurricanes left with a win, but that one will be debated for a long time to come. Miami is now 5-0 on the season and ranked No. 7 in the nation. They were led by quarterback Cam Ward in this game, who strengthened his Heisman Trophy case with a brilliant performance. Ward finished with 343 yards and 4 TDs, through the air, plus 57 yards and 1 touchdown on the ground.
