Texas State vs Sam Houston: Who Will Win

This was the Sam Houston team we all thought we were getting last season.

The defense has been wonderful, the offense effective, and while it’s not beating the big boys of the college football world, the 3-1 start has been a whole lot of fun for the fan base.

Texas State, though, has been terrific. It battled with Arizona State, rocked UTSA, and it’s currently in a fight between Mom and Dad to see where it might end up, the Pac-12 or the Mountain West.

The Bobcats are more effective offensively. The balance will be there throughout, and the Bearkat run defense that’s been so great against everyone but UCF will give up a big late drive.
