Stomping around in some gorgeous heeled boots is what Saturday nights out are all about. Some nice, sleek black suede boots go with most outfits and can elevate something from nice to classy. But when it comes to price, comfort and style, it can be hard to find something that is affordable. Luckily, Walmart’s best-selling square-toed boots are just what the doctor ordered. Plus they’re very similar to a designer style that’s five times the price.
Walmart’s Time and Tru Women's Square Toe Dress Boots cost only $29.98 and, again, are marked as a best-seller with almost 5 stars. The square-toed boots have a stacked heel (that is a different color than the boot itself) and an ankle that tapers out at the top of the ankle. While it says it’s made with “manmade materials” and isn’t more specific, the exterior looks like it’s faux suede. There are stylish seams at the heel and at the start of the ankle, which gives the boots a little more dimension.
These boots have a side-zip closure and are great for fall styles coming up. It comes in sizes 6 through 11 and in two colors: black (with a yellow-brown heel and outsole) and “multi.” This boot is mostly white with color-blocking at the heel (light brown) and top of the ankle (gray); the heel is gray or gray-brown. It once came in a tan color, but that’s sold out at the moment.
Again, this is a best-selling shoe and reviews are very positive. One person wrote, “Purchase it! You won't regret it!” and noted that the cushion inside made walking in these heeled boots very comfortable.
“And let's not forget how cute they look!” they finished. “I hope they don't go out of style or change anything on them. I love them!”
Another shopper wrote that the boots are “beautiful and well-made.”
“They fit just right and are mega comfortable,” they wrote. “A real blessing from GOD to find designer looks at affordable prices of excellent quality.”
Yet another reviewer wrote that if you’re on the fence, “take the chance.”
“These boots are so cute and comfy,” the person wrote. “No one would know they are from Walmart unless you told them. The quality of the manmade materials is impressive. Glad I took the chance…”
The Walmart boots are very similar to a designer style at DSW: the Kelsi Dagger Brooklyn Island Bootie . These booties are currently $149.99 and have a nearly identical design to Walmart’s boots. They have a squared toe, are suede and have a stacked heel. They even have similar seams around the base of the ankle. They aren’t as wide at the top of the ankle, but they do slightly taper out, like the Time and Tru boots. Even though the suede is real, it has a synthetic lining and a memory foam footbed for comfort.
