TULSA, Okla. — Police arrested a motorcyclist after a helicopter pursuit in east Tulsa.

Tulsa Police said an officer was driving on the Broken Arrow Expressway around 10 p.m. Friday when they were passed by a motorcycle going over 100 miles per hour.

The rider, identified as Tanner Kline, stopped at a convenience store near 41st and Memorial before fleeing police again at high speeds, weaving out of traffic and endangering other drivers.

Police said their helicopter followed and recorded Kline's driving and watched as he stopped by a friend's house near 41st and 145th.

Kline left the house with a friend and was stopped near 41st and 129th. Police said he was in possession of a loaded stolen pistol.

Police said Kline, who is a tribal citizen, was arrested and booked into Tulsa County Jail for charges including reckless driving, eluding and possession of a firearm and stolen property.

FOX23 will follow this for updates.

First let me say Thank You to both the helicopter and street patrol officers for arresting this Stupid Ignorant Idiot who thought that he was above the law and he’s finding out that he’s going to be held accountable for his crimes

If he’s a native tribal citizen then I don’t think you can book him in the Tulsa County Jail legally because of the McGirt law so your case might get thrown out
