Fans Will Have to Wait to Watch Colorado-UCF

The Colorado Buffaloes (3-1) are back in the Big 12, but the conference has changed quite a bit since their departure nearly 15 years ago.

After mostly staying within the same region when they were members of the conference, the Buffs are now in Florida for a Big 12 matchup. For their second Big 12 game of the season, Deion Sanders' Colorado squad traveled to Orlando to take on the UCF Knights (3-0) in Week 5.

There was plenty of buzz surrounding the game, as it was even the featured game for Fox's "Big Noon Kickoff." However, a weather delay has since pushed the kickoff back.

According to 247Sports ' Adam Munsterteiger, the game's kickoff has been adjusted twice already, with the latest update being that it will take place at 4:20 PM ET.

The Southeastern region of the United States has been heavily impacted by the Category 4 storm, Hurricane Helene. While Orlando hasn't felt the same impact as other cities around the region, USA TODAY revealed they have still experienced strong winds and rain.

According to ESPN, the Knights are favored by nearly two touchdowns and have an 82.2% chance of winning.

If the rain continues to be a factor, it could certainly play into UCF's favor. The Knights are home to the No. 1 rushing attack in college football, while Colorado is much more reliant on the pass as they rank as the No. 5 passing attack in the country.
