We worked for about three weeks down there in the prunes ( at SR-99 and SR-133, then over on Sawtelle. It just scares me how fast people come down SR-99. There have been multiple accidents through that stretch of highway. You have the Shell Station and truck stop. Fair amount of cross traffic, and this is when lots of farm equipment is being loaded to various orchards and product is going brought in for processing. People must slow down in there. Yuba City is to blame. Sears investors jumped the gun years ago at the mall, and the state passive aggressively pulled the funding for overpasses like exist at Queens Ave. Now Yuba City has become an arm pit! It really sucks to be Southbound,
