If a resin is unable to go to the polls due to a valid reason, the person can vote by mail in many states. Another option is calling your country Clerk’s office to see what options a person has if they are hospitalized or home bound. In this ut state, the individual can designate a person to hand-carry the completed ballot directly to the County Clerk’s office wishing a specific period of time.

Just go by the rules like they were before Covid we never had issues before. We don’t need mail in ballots in person and make sure they have an ID and they verify signature and they have paper valid ballots counted by hand.
