    Oatmeal is very true 👍 😋 Am being able to have a cup of it every morning 🌄 with some honey 🍯 😋 and cinnamon. But since a cup is way too much for me, I eat a 1/2 cup, and it's still too much, so I use less. Keep me filled all day until supper. Don't forget drinking H20 as well.
