Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Week 4: Hunter Henry, Rhamondre Stevenson

The New England Patriots have been an ugly offense to watch through the first three weeks of the season, as they've started the year with a 1-2 record and lost their last two games.

To this point, New England has only had two offensive players shine even a little bit while compiling the fewest yards in the NFL and second-fewest points - Hunter Henry and Rhamondre Stevenson.

It's unlikely that there are many fantasy owners who roster or consider starting other Patriots, so tight end and running back should be the only topic of discussion. Should fantasy owners use either of them when New England takes on the San Francisco 49ers in Week 4? Let's find out.

Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Week 4: Hunter Henry

Henry had a huge week in New England's second game of the season against the Seattle Seahawks, catching eight passes for a career-high 109 yards. In the other two games, he's been pedestrian, catching just four passes for 27 yards.

On top of the up-and-down production, the tight end also dealt with an ankle injury this week in practice that kept him limited. And, while he's cleared to play in this game, it's unknown how much it will impact him.

    Verdict: Sit 'Em

Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Week 4: Rhamondre Stevenson

Stevenson started off this season running strong, rushing for 201 yards and two touchdowns on 4.4 yards per carry, but he saw that production drop significantly against the New York Jets when he totaled just 23 yards on six attempts.

New England's offensive line may be one of the worst in the league and going against a tough front doesn't inspire confidence, but with Patriots offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt likely going back to a run-first game plan in Week 4, Stevenson could see another big day.

    Verdict: Start 'Em
