Either you had a public bid, as required by the local charter and the state constitution, or you did not. I hear no defense saying there was a bid! There are bonds and other loans as well! Gretna is making a deal with friends and guaranteeing the debt as well! Taxpayers will be on the hook for millions if or when it fails. So, attack the woman doing her job.
