Oh of course it is!!!! Maybe all the logging should stop and money should be spent on updating dams and waterways, better drainage systems. It has nothing to do with climate changes, every year since I can remember we have hurricane season. Stop spending money on climate change and fix the causes of why the waterways aren’t working properly, just my opinion.
