Aaron Rodgers' Reaction to Brutal Game-Ending Play Says It All

Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets lost an ugly, rain-soaked game to the Denver Broncos at MetLife Stadium on Sunday, 10-9.

Rodgers finished the contest with 225 yards on 24-of-42 passing but was sacked five times for 41 yards lost. The teams combined for 434 total yards and went 7-of-31 on on third-down conversions.

Despite the overall dismal offensive performance, Rodgers got Jets kicker Greg Zuerlein, known for his powerful leg, a chance at a game-winning 50-yard field goal with 56 seconds remaining in regulation.

Zuerlein, however, missed his fourth-and-final field goal attempt wide right, giving the ball back to Denver to run out the clock for their second win of the season.

Immediately after the miss, the CBS broadcast cut to an angle of Rodgers' reaction on the sideline.

The 40-year-old quarterback sulked back in his seat and put his hat over his eyes before covering his head with a Gatorade towel and sinking deeper into the metal bench.

Things don't get easier for the 2-2 Jets next week either. They'll play a Week 5 neutral site matchup in London against former Jets quarterback Sam Darnold and the undefeated Minnesota Vikings (4-0).

New York leads the all-time series with Minnesota 8-4, but have lost the last three meetings dating back to 2014.
