Mark Davis continues to recover, but details remain few and far between.

Mark Davis of Aussie Open last wrestled at AEW WresteDream 2023, where he and Kyle Fletcher lost to AEW World Tag Team Champions FTR.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select ) reports that Mark Davis is still recovering, but he is progressing well. The report notes that what specifically put him out of action is unclear, and sources say that they would prefer if it was his story to tell.

Per Sapp, there is no timetable that is widely known to anyone backstage, and if there is, it has been kept close to the vest.

Davis and Fletcher are former ROH World Tag Team Champions and NJPW Strong Tag Team Champions, among other accolades. While Davis has been out, Fletcher has had a breakout singles run, and he has won the ROH World Television Championship. Fletcher and Will Ospreay unsuccessfully challenged The Young Bucks for the AEW World Tag Team Championship at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam.

WrestleZone wishes Mark Davis well in his recovery, and we will provide more information as it becomes available.
