That’s a bunch of shit the victims are the citizens the people who the cops continually violate their rights. I’m fucking sick and tired of the goddamn law-enforcement can’t trust them for anything.

WOW,They got some nerve!!! Cops lied all over the police report to cover up a killing,then the same police department investigated it said no wrong doing, even though they found he was shot on the opposite side of the (head) from what is in the report . Settlement for 1.75 million dollars,But admitting no wrong doing!!!! Then asked to be reviewed once more cause Father, Mother lost a son , sister lost a brother,but state finds that family is not the victims,the state is the victim!!!!! The State who hired these cops,who killed the people's family member and lied about it and had to pay 1.75 million dollars are the victims?????!!!!! That's incredulous!!!!!!!!!
