So, he only signs a law that outside insurance companies through employers must pay, but not the state itself? It’s not a “right to fertility and IVF care” he thinks everyone should have, then, is it? This law is specifically for his far left LGBTQ base. Since 2 men or 2 women cannot procreate without having sex with the opposite sex or (and usually) a surrogate, he’s forcing employers to cover it.
