    Police release body camera footage of Jasper County man restrained while having seizure

    I watched the video & his airway was not restricted with the use of a pillow. He was on his side with his head bent back up against the kitchen cabinets. The video talks about being tazed, but I did not see that nor is spoken of from either side. However he was given at least three injections of a sedative including ketamine. The guy owned a CBD shop so he most likely also had that in his system and possibly THC. My opinion of what I have seen is that he was more than likely overdosed, causing his heart to stop.
