The 2024 Seton Hill Athletics Hall of Fame Class is small, but it packs quite a punch with only four people.

This year’s inductees are Brett Craig (Class of 2019, lacrosse), Perry Dellavalle (‘18, baseball), Emily LoPresti (‘19, soccer) and Emma Simmers (‘19, lacrosse).

The talented foursome will be honored at a dinner Oct. 25, and will officially be inducted Oct. 26 during a home football game against Clarion.

Craig was a four-time all-conference player, and was named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Specialist of the Year in 2018, and the conference defensive player of the year in ‘19.

He also was a three-time USILA All-American, scoring 20 goals and adding 10 assists to go with 293 ground balls and 97 caused turnovers in his career.

Craig was taken 26th in the 2019 National Lacrosse League Draft by the Colorado Mammoth and won a championship in 2022.

Dellavalle was a terrific pitcher for the Griffins, earning all-conference and all-region accolades, as well as being a first-team All-American.

    He had a record of 21-11 and a school-record 2.43 ERA in 237 1/3 career innings, striking out 253, including a school-record 109 in a season.

He was drafted in the sixth round of the 2018 MLB Draft by the St. Louis Cardinals, and spent two seasons in the minor leagues.

    LoPresti, a four-time all-PSAC player and four-time all-region player, scored 40 career goals and had 14 assists.

Seton Hill made the conference playoffs for the first time with LoPresti in the lineup.

Simmers was named all-conference three times and was an all-region and All-American twice. She scored 215 career goals, second most in school history, and added 66 assists. Simmers was an assistant women’s lacrosse coach at Seton Hill for five seasons. She is now an assistant at Robert Morris.
