A New York man is facing numerous charges for allegedly stealing a police car during a drunk driving arrest . State Troopers and officers with the Suffolk County Police located the stolen car about three miles away. They found Gibson in a nearby cemetery and took him into custody.

Gibson has been charged with felony counts of fourth-degree grand larceny , fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and first-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was also charged with misdemeanor counts of third-degree escape, resisting arrest, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer, and driving while intoxicated.
