I wonder how many DUI’s this person had before they killed someone. Because it seems, you only get punished if you kill someone. How about mandatory 1 year in jail for first offense. 3 years mandatory I. Jail for 2nd offense. No out early, no exceptions. I don’t care how much money you make.
