The thing with hit and run incidents is that, in some cases, the driver isn’t even at fault- until they leave the scene. In this case the man had already been stabbed- he probably wasn’t in a crosswalk, and if so, the driver wouldn’t be at fault. I remember when drivers wouldn’t have thought to leave someone lying in the street.

Should be tried for murder, since she left the scene knowing she hit someone. Probably impaired. BUT with our DA, she'll probably get nothing more than slap on hand. Should clearly have driving privileges taken away for life.
