Interest needs to come down unfortunately. If the market crashes like 2008 only the families are going to suffer. These are the consequences of all the money to investors are getting to blow up the market again. Big investors are getting the money to built right? Billionaires pay less taxes than me the market placed me as poor I was middle class. It’s ok. I have been blessed I have worked hard for 45 yr. Now how our millennials professionals graduated are going to create well for their families? 600k to afford a decent house in FL, and now all those houses with 5 rooms have 5 millennials paying 15 hundred each room monthly and 5,6,or 7 cars 🚘 in front of the driveways. Or múltiple families in one home. Nah! I am sad for our young’s families 😢. No money for education OMG. 😱. Thank God I will not leave much more to see what’s coming. We can even afford a dog 🐕 as part of the american dream. Uhm. And forget my medical.
