    Body Found on 110 Freeway in Los Angeles Prompts CHP Homicide Investigation

    CHINATOWN, LOS ANGELES, Sept. 30 (KNN) — The California Highway Patrol is conducting a homicide investigation following the discovery of a body on a freeway in the Chinatown area of Los Angeles.

    According to Sgt. Daniel Keene, a spokesperson for the CHP Southern Division, CHP Central Los Angeles Area officers located a deceased body on the right shoulder of the southbound 110 Freeway near Stadium Way at 10:24 p.m. Sunday.

    At this time, the CHP has only identified the body as an adult male.

    The CHP Southern Division Investigative Services Unit is conducting a homicide investigation. According to the CHP, this is still an active investigation, and no other details are available at this time.

    The CHP urges anyone with information regarding this incident to call the Investigative Services Unit at (323) 644-9550.
