Either they represent the people that elected them, meet their requests concerning the residents and solve their problems. They do not represent the citizens and should step down or be removed. That includes development and their failure to spend the wastewater profits on keeping up with the growth as they are required to do. Then spending water and wastewater profits on non related issues first. You can check with the city and county financial records. It shows where every cent came in, and where it went. Ask them about that shit, so to speak.
