You could prepare all you want to. But when the water washes away everything that you prepared, there is nothing you can do. Cooper and the Biden administration are doing everything they are supposed to do and more. I have friends there, and without the help of the state and federal government, they would be even more lost. You can never give these families back what they have lost, but you can help them to start over.
