He shows ignorance about how anything works, including all Americans who were not born with a silver spoon like he was. Did he serve in the military l, no, has he ever held a minimum eage job, work his way through college, work 2 jobs to support his family, pay greens fees at a public course, drive a used car, go to a public school as a kid. The answer is no to all of them. And before being elected, he had never worked in government. That's why all his ideas don't work.
