REDW Advisors & CPAs is pleased to announce that its team based in Oklahoma has formally moved into a new office located at 211 N. Robinson Ave., Suite N150 in Oklahoma City. The 3,126-square-foot space will initially support 22 total REDW employees and allows room for continuous growth. 12 employees will work on-site either full-time or in a hybrid capacity. REDW Principal Kyle Stewart, who is a leader in REDW’s Audit and Advisory practice, will lead the office, which provides significant services to the 38 federally recognized Tribes in the state and their diverse enterprises in the region. Other key leadership in the Oklahoma City office includes Principal Kevin Huddleston, who specializes in Tribal gaming as a leader in the firm’s Client Advisory and Accounting group, and Principal Victor Flores, who has been with REDW since its initial expansion into Oklahoma in 2020.

In addition to extensive work with Tribes, REDW Advisors & CPAs is also known for providing comprehensive advisory and specialized expertise to a variety of industries in the region and across the nation. Those include cybersecurity; business valuation, forensics and dispute advisory; transaction advisory; specialized state and local tax and incentives services; personal financial planning; human resources consulting and compensation studies; business software and digital decision-making support; outsourced client accounting from bookkeeping and controllership to chief financial officer services; personal financial planning and wealth management bundled with tax planning and compliance; policy and procedures support; and internal audit with a solutions-based consultative approach.

Stewart and his team were joined by executive leadership, clients, and community partners to celebrate the opening on September 25, during which time they welcomed guests from local Tribes and their gaming enterprises as well as the Chamber of Commerce. The event featured floral arrangements from Curbside Flowers, a non-profit organization that provides education, employment, and training to individuals transitioning out of homelessness in Oklahoma City. Each bouquet was hand-assembled by participants in their job skills program.

“This office marks a major milestone for REDW,” said Stewart. “Prior to the opening, our team utilized shared space with another firm since moving into the market in 2020. Our new Oklahoma City office is a testament to the work of our local team and continues REDW’s strategic expansion nationwide.”

The Oklahoma City office announcement comes at a time of tremendous growth for REDW. In September, REDW Advisors & CPAs announced that Phoenix-based firm Hatcher Financial joined REDW, increasing REDW’s Phoenix office to 114 team members and nearly 350 team members across its national and international footprint. Through the acquisition, Hatcher Financial, which provides tax and accounting services as well as a suite of wealth management and financial planning to its clients, will join REDW Wealth LLC, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm subsidiary of REDW Advisors & CPAs with more than $1 billion in assets under management. In addition, in late 2023 REDW announced the opening of its first Pacific Northwest office via an acquisition with Oregon-based Grove, Mueller & Swank, P.C., as well as its acquisition of Edwards, Largay, Mihaylo & Co. in Phoenix in 2022.
