These dogs will be put down because of an irresponsible owner. Sure the owner will have to pay medical bills, be charged for failure to control, if not registered or vaccinated failure to register and failure to vaccinate as well. But that doesn't save the dogs. 9 times out of 10 this owner will be just as irresponsible after all is said and done.
