Sizzling temperatures are set to grip the Sacramento region as a Heat Advisory is now in effect from 11 AM today until 11 PM Wednesday. With highs ranging from 95 to 105°F, residents across the Sacramento Valley, Northern San Joaquin Valley, and foothills should brace for the hottest days of the week.

Alongside the heat, breezy winds and low humidity raise fire weather concerns, though wind speeds remain below Red Flag Warning criteria. Cooler conditions are expected later this week as onshore flow increases, providing some relief by Thursday, the NWS stated.
