Wind, colder weather &amp; clipper-dominated regime may lead to some early-season very minor to minor snowfalls.we should flip back very mild for part of mid to late December before colder, snowier regime returns after Christmas to early January.I still think worst cold &amp; snow of the Winter is early February, through surge in late January won't be a treat either. Multiple nights well-below 0 are expected in early February after one of two widespread +6" snows occurs.8" to 15" above normal snowfall over the area for October to May snow season still looks good.Temperatures may average just a bit below normal, but there looks to still be wild temperature swings of +50 degrees at times. Winds will be strong than normal &amp; surface air pressure fluctuations will be more extreme than normal.Overall precipitation looks above normal for winter, as well as the early Spring time.</div></body>
