my rent went up because of him. it didn't have to go up dramatically. could have been every 4 years and not all at once. plus the 1% can afford tax breaks. if I could afford to buy 100 acres and grow grass my tax relief helps the tax on my mansion. if you own a jet or yacht you have a big write off. all you need is a LLC business.
