Sushi Blue: Fresh Sushi & More in Park City

Sushi Blue opened in April 2012 after taking over the lease of a previous restaurant named Hapa Grill. They reworked the menu, decorated the interior to reflect the blue color, and updated the kitchen.

They have a variety of fresh sushi items including several sushi roll choices as well as some other unique items. They have Kobe Beef Hot Dogs and Korean Street Tacos along with noodle and other choices.

Sushi Blue has a casual atmosphere and welcoming service.

They are located at 1571 Redstone Center Drive #140 in Park City, Utah.

Sushi Blue is part of the Bill White Enterprises, which also has these Park City restaurants: Billy Blanco's, Chimayo, Ghidotti's, Grappa, Pine Cone Ridge, and Windy Ridge Cafe.
