    they changed the crack law which had led to mass incarceration now they have a replacement fentanyl instant of locking the dealers use them to catch the user and put them in a program where they have to pay 35 dollars a week to wear a drug patch detector for 5 months and attend a class three times a week on how dangerous these drugs are and once it detects the presence of drug use they will have a drug test and if failed 6 months jail time . the only way to get rid off the dealers is to get of the user's and educate everyone about the dangers of these drugs and it's use uses
