    What does $2500 do for business owners that lost 50-100k of goods, due to flooding and a lack of response from the state and federal government? The people of this area came together with each other, volunteering and giving their own time. What do we get from the state, a delayed response, and a lack of grants with our 4 billion dollar surplus of a budget.
