    It takes as much work by agent to sell a multi million dollar house as it does to sell a median priced house. So tell me why agents aren’t just paid a flat fee? So it’s more down to marketing and exposure it sounds like. I believe one could find less expensive ways to market a home than 3-6% of a very expensive home. A) get an appraisal B) hire a real estate lawyer
